Each exercise is guided to optimize session benefits and minimize injury risks, tailoring workout programs to each individual's goals, injuries, and limitations. Hosted in private boutique gyms in both Port Moody and Port Coquitlam, the program offers a focused and private environment, distinct from public commercial gyms, to ensure your fitness journey is both effective and personal.
